Recipe by: Amy Bradt Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
1 cup dry elbow macaroni
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
12 ounces small cooked shrimp
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 ounces colby-jack or cheddar cheese, cubed
Directions
Cook macaroni according to directions, drain, but do not rinse. In large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Add warm macaroni, and toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours.
Notes
You can also use cooked chopped chicken instead of the shrimp.
