Butterscotch Toffee Cookies |
Want a good, fast and easy cookie recipe? This is it!
Recipe by: Michelle Hanson Yield: 5 dozen
Ingredients
2 large eggs
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
Notes
You can use almost any cake mix with this recipe, my sister would make several different flavors of cookies, then make them into cookie sandwiches using canned frosting as the filling. For example, she would use Red Velvet cake mix, and cream cheese frosting for the filling. Makes great, easy Christmas cookies!
1/2 cup canola oil
1 package butter pecan cake mix (regular size)
1 package (10 to 11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 package (8 ounces) milk chocolate English toffee bits
