Homemade Pimiento Cheese Spread

Nothing says Southern more than Pimiento Cheese, and nothing is better than this homemade recipe.  Once you've made this, you will never buy the stuff in the plastic tub at the grocery store again, I promise!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Hellman's® mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion, grated finely
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
10 ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
10 ounces Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.  Stir in cheese.  Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

Notes
You can use regular cheddar cheese for the entire recipe, or mix it up with half cheddar/half Swiss or Gruyère.
