Fajita Seasoning

This makes enough to flavor two pounds of flank or skirt steak (or venison).  Great seasoning for Street Tacos

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.  Pour over 2 pounds flank steak, and marinate at least 2 hours, turning every 1/2 hour to insure good coverage over all of the meat.  Remove meat from marinade and come to room temperature (about 30 minutes), before grilling.

Notes
Grill steak over high heat for approximately 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
